No matter what path you take, you won’t have to compromise. All our quality homes are built with liveability and good looks in mind. Practical designs, spacious living areas and an extensive list of standard inclusions. All you need to do is move in!

On average, our builds take up to 6 months.
Here at Peter Bowen Homes, we have a fantastic range of standard inclusions. Standard inclusions, are considered extras to some builders, for example. However for us, on the outside of a home, we will include your solar panels. We’ll also do your double glazing, and we’ve actually upgraded our insulation. So we’re trying to meet a seven star energy rating.
On the outside of a home, you’ll see concreting, so that’s to your driveway and your crossover, your alfresco concrete, and any path to your clothesline. We’ll also do a clothesline and then a water tank on the outside. Internally, you’ll do a colour selection, and you’ll have a variety of colours, tiles, laminate, vinyl, flooring, all to choose from. We’ll have a few hundred options for you.
You can certainly customize the design within your budget. I’d recommend picking a floor plan, that fits and is affordable for your budget. And then we can certainly tweak things. There’s some features of certain homes, that clients absolutely love. And we can just scale that and still incorporate it into a design in an affordable way.
You’d want to consider, your long term goals for yourself and your family. So ensuring that your future planning, bedrooms and things like that, we will do the build for you, but another thing to keep in mind is your landscaping. So, that would be outside of your build contract, so your grass and your plants and trees around your home.
We can support you in referring you to some brokers, and a bank as well, with your options for finance.
