Yes. You can certainly customize your home to suit your needs. You can either start with one of our standard plans and then we can modify the design to suit your needs. Or we can start from scratch and completely design a custom design home for your block of land.
One of our standard designs is just something that you find on our website, which has lots to choose from. Or if you want to custom design a home, the only difference is we just can’t give you a price straight away.
Obviously, we have to custom design the home to suit your needs and your block of land, which takes us a little bit longer, and then we’re able to price that from scratch for you.
All of our homes are extremely energy efficient. We design our homes to maximize northern sunlight, and we also include a double glazed windows with all of our homes and a 6.6 kilowatt solar system as standard across all of our home range as well.
We have a great range of homes designed for growing families. They all come with generous sized bedrooms. Some of them include two living areas, some include three. So again, depending on what you’re after there. Storage is also key with a growing family, so we make sure we allocate lots of storage space to your new home as well.
Yes. You can certainly add butler’s pantries or mud rooms to the design of your home. Some of our homes actually come standard with those features. If they don’t, we’re happy to modify, or redesign the home to suit your needs or again custom design a home to suit your needs, with those features included.
