We’re currently looking for New Home Consultants to join Peter Bowen Homes. It’s a people-focused sales role, guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives – building their home, backed by a brand the region already trusts, strong systems, and a supportive local team.

About the role

As a New Home Consultant at Peter Bowen Homes, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives – building their home.
This is not a high-pressure, script-driven sales role. It’s a people-focused position built on trust, clarity and follow-through, supported by a respected brand, clear structure and a locally based team.
You’ll work with clients from first enquiry through to key decision points, helping them understand their options, feel confident in their choices, and move forward with clarity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming and engaging clients in our display homes
  • Managing enquiries and first appointments
  • Understanding client needs, lifestyle and budget
  • Presenting suitable home designs and build pathways
  • Booking and supporting follow-up appointments
  • Working closely with senior consultants as clients progress
  • Using CRM tools to manage enquiries and communication
  • Maintaining a professional, welcoming display environment

Working hours and flexibility

Some weekend work is required – that’s part of meeting clients when it suits them. However, weekend coverage is planned and shared fairly across the team, and as experience grows, the role offers greater flexibility and autonomy.
