Whether you want to build in a neighbourhood you already love or join one of our growing communities on a PBH estate, our pre-designed plans make it easy.

Our expert team will help you find a design that suits your lifestyle and budget, or work with you to create a custom design that brings your dream to life, we’ll then lock in a fixed price for your peace of mind – no surprises.

Build

Once contracts have been signed and permits obtained, we make sure the site is ready and pre-order build materials.

Along with your New Home Consultant, we’ll appoint an experienced site manager to keep everything running smoothly on-site.

We work to strict, but realistic build timelines, keeping you informed every step of the way.

After all those months of dreaming, planning and watching your new home come to life – your dream home is now a reality!
