1. Vision

We start by getting to know you and understanding your vision for your dream home. Working closely with your dedicated new home consultant, we learn all about you, your vision, your practical needs, your budget, and your expectations.

An initial deposit may be required at this stage.

2. Design

Whether we’re starting from scratch, or you’ve already had plans done by an architect or designer – we can make your dream a reality.

Starting with a blank canvas? Our experienced in-house design team will work closely with you to develop an initial concept for your custom floorplan and façade, based on your vision, needs and budget – fine-tuning the details until it’s right.

3. Fixed-Price

Once you’ve signed off on your custom floorplan, external elevations, and façade design, we provide you with a preliminary costing to ensure we are still within your budget and expectations Once the design is complete, a specification of materials and finishes will be provided to you, so you can have confidence we are all working towards your custom design and budget.

4. Build

Once contracts have been signed and permit obtained, we get onto making sure the site is ready and pre-ordering building materials. Along with your dedicated New Home Consultant, we’ll appoint a experience site manager to keep everything running smoothly on site. We work to strict, but realistic, build timelines, keeping you informed every step of the way.

5. Happy handover!

After all of those months of dreaming, planning and watching your new home come to life – your dream home is now a reality. We’ll introduce you to, and handover the keys, your new home, ready to move straight in. That’s not the end of our commitment to you though. Every Peter Bowen Homes home is backed by our comprehensive new home warranty and proactive new home maintenance support.
